The City of Payette Police Department in Payette, Idaho has partnered with Policereports.ai to implement AI-powered documentation and investigative workflow software across their operations.
The connection came out of the ICOPA conference, where CPO Chris Ryan met the Payette team and the conversation quickly turned into a working relationship. Payette PD serves a community of over 7,000 residents in Payette County with a team of 12 officers, running 24 hours a day across patrol, investigations, tactical operations, and specialized units. For a department that size, every tool has to pull its weight.

What the agency is using
Payette PD has deployed a broad set of AI-powered modules to increase documentation speed and accuracy across their operations. These include tools like Case Report, Interview to Report, and Traffic Crash Narrative, among several others. The department is also using more specialized modules including K9 Training Reports, showing how far the platform reaches beyond standard report writing.
