The Clearwater Police Department in Florida has used Policereports.ai for 518 days. Officers have completed 12,000 documents and saved 4,911 hours, worth $196,449. At six months they were at 4,787 reports and 1,630 hours. Both numbers have since more than doubled.

Patrol first, quality built in
Clearwater uses the platform the way a busy city department needs to: high-volume patrol reports, checked before they reach a supervisor. Officers ran 3,192 report checks in total, more than a quarter of everything they wrote.

Beyond patrol
Specialty units have built it into their own work too. Clearwater’s Mental Health Unit has written 882 team reports on the platform, and traffic officers 1,286 crash narratives.
