Special agents in the Criminal Investigations Division of the Georgia Department of Corrections have used Policereports.ai for 609 days. They have produced 8,937 investigative documents and saved 4,923 agent hours, worth $196,928.

Investigations, not just reports
Corrections investigators work cases that run long and pile up paper: inmate and staff interviews, contraband, assaults, background checks and recorded calls. Every one ends in documentation that has to stand up to prosecutors and internal review.
GDC CID is our clearest example of the platform beyond patrol. Case reports are less than half of the work. The rest is interviews turned into narratives, document analysis and executive summaries for command staff.

From pilot to daily tool
The division started small in early 2025, with 3 to 5 documents a week. It now produces 100 to 180 documents a week. Four special agents have each completed more than 330 documents on the platform.
The results
- About 33 minutes saved per document.
- 2,827 interviews turned into structured narratives, the single biggest time sink in an investigation.
- 702 executive summaries written for command staff from the case file.
- 4,923 hours is 615 eight-hour shifts of agent time back on active cases.
